one account with Premier Bank in Minnesota, and a PayPal account.

of all accounts is presented first, with all currency conversions based
on exchange rates of June 30, 2004.
Activity on each account is then listed separately.
The
US dollar equivalences of opening balances for accounts at ABI are
slightly lower than those reported in the 2003 annual report due to
differences in the values of currencies from December 2003 to June 2004.
