* It is believed that the leap
in volume numbers from 1990 to 1991 is explained by a misreading of roman numerals1990's XIV was mistaken for XIX and followed in Spring 1991 by XX. The mistake evident in the numbering of that
Spring edition was apparently corrected for the subsequent Fall (Vol. XV no. 2), though
the mistaken numbering was resumed for Spring 1992 (Vol. XXI no. 1), and persisted for
the remainder of the series. The contents of the Spring and Fall numbers for 1991 (XX no. 1 and XV no. 2) show that they were published in sequence, despite their unsequential volume numbers.
