Search individual pdf files: When you view a pdf file in Adobe Acrobat, use the Acrobat search feature to search for words or phrases.
 

Search the tables of contents by using the search menu on the left side of the page. This searches a database of archive items by author, year and volume. A separate search page allows you to search by words in the title.
