The pdf files in this archive have been prepared for
"fast-web-view" access. That means that the document will begin to display as
soon as the information from a single page has been transferred to the client
computer. The rest of the file will continue to download in the back
ground. In order to make use of this feature, you will need to set your Acrobat
Reader options to enable fast web view. This is setting is found
under the Edit | General | Preferences | Options menu.
